William A. Jacobson is a Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Securities Law Clinic at Cornell Law School. He is a 1981 graduate of Hamilton College and a 1984 graduate of Harvard Law School. Prior to joining the Cornell law faculty in 2007, Professor Jacobson practiced law in New York City (1985-1993) and Providence, Rhode Island (1994-2006). Anne Segal is the founder and president of The Frontier Center, a nonprofit that applies behavioral science methodologies to restore a shared American character rooted in the principles of self-governance. Anne is an expert at identifying the psychographic variables around culture and politics that drive consumer and voter decisions. She also identifies and tracks the development of brands that give rise to new American leaders and mass movements. Her market research is based on behavioral science, and is used to develop corporate, cultural, and political campaigns. She has authored numerous studies on how Americans relate to political brands and conducts quarterly public polling through The Frontier Center’s “Ear to the Ground” Listening Project.
Anne has an MBA from Cornell University and a BA from The Johns Hopkins University.

Martha Wallick
Martha Wallick has been active in the Rhode Island community for decades, including serving at various times as President, Secretary and Chair of the Barrington Public Schools PTO, a Board member of the Barrington Education Foundation, and the Barrington Board of Canvassers. She was a 2016 Rhode Island Elector, and is active in state politics, and worked at the 2016 Republican National Convention as the RI Delegation Aide.

Kemberlee Kaye
Kemberlee Kaye is a graduate of Texas A&M University and has a background working in immigration law, and as a grassroots organizer, digital media strategist, campaign lackey, and muckraker. Over the years Kemberlee has worked with FreedomWorks, Americans for Prosperity, James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas, and Senate re-election campaigns, among others. Kemberlee is the Senior Contributing Editor of Legal Insurrection website, where she has worked since 2014. She also serves as the Managing Editor for CriticalRace.org, a research project of the Legal Insurrection Foundation.

Ameer Benno
Ameer Benno is a civil rights and appellate attorney with the law firm of Benno & Associates P.C. in New York City. He received his bachelor’s degree with honors from Johns Hopkins University, and his law degree from Cornell Law School. Mr. Benno appears frequently on national television and radio news media to give legal analysis and commentary, and he regularly lectures on topics having to do with the U.S. Supreme Court, constitutional law, appellate advocacy and trial practice. He lives with his wife and three daughters on Long Island.

Jim Nault
Jim Nault is an attorney and a retired U.S. Navy Captain and the former Commanding Officer of USS Toledo (SSN-769), an improved, Tomahawk capable Los Angeles class attack submarine homeported in Groton, CT. He is a 1981 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, has Masters Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and National Security Affairs, and graduated from Cornell Law School with honors in 2011. He is a registered patent attorney and was an intellectual property litigation associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson LLP in New York and at Robinson & Cole LLP in Hartford, CT. He also served as law clerk for Judge Gerald Bard Tjoflat of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and Judge Vanessa Lynne Bryant of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Kristee graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Human Resources. She worked for several years in Oil & Gas, specializing in Human Resources for the offshore drilling sector. Kristee has worked for Pride International, Ensco PLC and Seadrill with a focus on International Employment. She is a devout Texan and believes queso should be a main food group. Kristee and her husband live happily in small town Texas.

Mark J. Perry
Mark J. Perry is a 1993 graduate of the Ph.D. program in economics at George Mason University and he received an MBA in finance from the University of Minnesota in 1987. He taught economics at the Flint campus of the University of Michigan for 25 years before retiring from teaching in 2021. For 12 of those years, Mark held a joint appointment as a scholar at The American Enterprise Institute, where he was the creator and editor of the popular Carpe Diem blog. In recent years, Mark has worked tirelessly to challenge the widespread illegal sex and race discrimination in higher education by filing more than 900 federal civil rights complaints with the Office for Civil Rights. He lives with his wife in a suburb of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
